Video prompts allow you to screen candidates asynchronously. You can set up to 3 questions that candidates must answer on camera.

Best Practices

• Keep questions open-ended (e.g., "Tell us about a time you solved a complex conflict").
• Limit response time to 60-90 seconds per question.
• Use video prompts as the first step after AI matching.
