By accessing or using Offered's website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Offered only for lawful purposes related to job seeking or hiring. You are responsible for all content you upload, including video resumes and job descriptions. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. User Content & Video License

When you record a video resume or participate in a video interview, you grant Offered a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and analyze this content specifically for recruitment purposes. You retain full ownership of your personal likeness.

4. Employer Obligations & Billing

Employers agree to provide accurate job descriptions and represent their company in good faith. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Offered to post fraudulent, harassing, or illegal content. Reverse engineering our matching algorithms or scraping candidate data is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Offered is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any hiring decisions made or for the conduct of any users on the platform.
