• Neural Audio & Video: Recordings from video resumes and on-demand AI interviews.
• Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, and usage patterns.

2. Neural Data Processing (AI)

Our platform uses machine learning to score candidate-to-job alignment. This involves:

• Analysis of tone and communication markers in video interviews.
• Semantic mapping of professional experience to job requirements.
• We do NOT use neural data to facilitate discrimination based on race, gender, or age.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as described in this policy:

• With Employers: When you apply to a job or join a talent pool.
• Payment Processors: We use Stripe for all billing and subscription management.
• Storage Partners: Encrypted data is stored via AWS and Supabase.

4. Retention and Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. All data is protected by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS during transit.
